Just get vaccinated you morons it literally takes 3 seconds. You might feel a bit of a prick but that’s it.

That's not how I see it. Everyone has a choice as whether to have the vaccinations or not, we make our own judgment and live with our decisions be long or short term.

Oh of course everyone should be able to make a choice but if players are choosing to miss the World Cup then we have the choice to call them complete morons and tell them to stop making stupid choices.

Not stupid in my opinion, they should be applauded for sticking to their principles. Same as players not going on tour to America. We will see how this pans out as clubs are starting to refuse to sign unvaccinated players.

Well I'm sorry to disagree with you WR, if you are a Welsh international footballer and you have a good chance of being in the squad to go to the world cup for the first time in 64 years and you refuse to get vaccinated having principles or not you are a moron.

Good. When I went to work in Ghana I had to have all sorts of jabs yellow fever diphtheria tetanus I can’t remember the specifics I had about five or six in total. If I didn’t have them I couldn’t go. It’s just part and parcel of a job requirement. If you don’t agree to the terms and conditions of that job you don’t get that job. It’s simple enough.

We will just have to agree to disagree lads. Personally I would have the jabs, as I have done, but it's their choice IMO.

"Qatar has imposed a five day quarantine for all players visiting the country to participate in this years World Cup in November" .

This as i understand it applies only to 'unvaccinated' players not all players.

Australia as seen with 'Dodging' Djokovic will not accept anyone unvaccinated quarantine or not. USA might be the same. Bale therefore must be vaccinated.

So would Wales not pick someone who needed a 5 day quarantine? Probably he would only be eligible for the 2nd and 3 rd games to get over lack of training for 5 days?

It would mostly affect fringe players I suspect. Some players who should be in the squad are not being picked may have this issue. Tom Lawrence is far to good a player not to be in the Wales squad. This could be due to personality clash with Page attitude or a multitude of other reasons.

Everyone has the choice to be a free loaders and let the weight be carried by others. There are plenty of those in South Wales. In fact there are some of those in the Swansea city ownership group I have been warned off mentioning.

By all means have choice but recognise the principles of 75% inoculation being good for society in general e.g the eradication of polio, measles and other nasty diseases.

If this was the case couldn't the unvaccinated just go out 5 days earlier to quarantine.

This is what I understand. However sitting a in a hotel room with a mounted bicycle is not ideal preparation for the biggest game in you career a day later.

If it is say Matt Smith it would be better to pick someone else. If it Keiffer Moore then there are no real alternatives.

That's anyone's guess, do you honestly think they would release the real data. Some woman had 120k payout last week for her husband passed away shortly after the vaccine. So the ball has starting rolling on the legal side for vaccine damages.

It's Qatar's archaic rules that are the issue here, not the players deciding not to have a vaccine

Yes, of course unvaccinated.

But leaving early would possibly affect their clubs as the article states.

Anyone sticking to their principles shouldn't go to Qatar.

It is an issue for you but not me. The rules are common sense. We do not want Messi and Benzema out after getting a sniffle.

There’s no such thing as a vaccine against Covid-19 so this doesn’t make much sense. Not sure how a 5 day quarantine makes everything ok either but there you go. FIFA World Cup 2022, sponsored by Pfizer.

The families on GB news the other day would disagee with you. These people have been shadow banned on social media for speaking out.

We have had a kid in his twenties finish work because of being injured by the vaccine by a virus that probably wouldn't have effected him to save his Granny.

Being a Western democracy we do however respect an independent country with regards to their laws just as we respect a person’s decision wether to have the vaccine or not.

How long has this nonsense got to go on for.
If someone doesn’t want the vaccine, that’s up to them.

If some players don’t want the vaccine, good on them.
