Swansea City’s comedy of errors continue (2) 17th Aug 2022 10:42
Swansea City threw away the extra points yet again at the swansea.com last night and it seems lessons, despite then being talked about for over a year are not being learned. It was a display of dominance in the first half that melted away in to a ridiculous performance that lacked any bite in the second half. And that’s being mellow, trust me it is, especially for what’s about to come. 0

That was a good and refreshing read.

Went to give it a second read and it’s gone?

.

What happened ?

I was half way reading through that refreshingly realistic account of Martin's Pathetic shite show: and it disappeared ?

Let's now please have have some Realism........as per that article: folk need to wake up to the deficiencies of brand martin and his egregiously prosaic brand of Ineffective, Inefficient Losing Football. Such the anathema to us proper fans like me and my pals here who most often are accustomed to Winning, not Losing.

Martin, the Loser, Out. Now. Wunter the pathetically weak Loser that appointed him, Out Now.

Genuinely the best and most cutting article I’ve read on any board, probably ever.

Get it back on here Keith, there are protests outside Swans Indie HQ as we speak

Cabango was excellent again having come back from injury.
Wood was once again poor.
The second Millwall goal was all Wood's fault but all he had to do was remain on his feet. The main culprit was Fisher. Hero at the weekend but it was like he was still laughing about his penalty save last night.
And, the first own goal was courtesy of the other new boy, Darling.

Personally I thought Wood was excellent last night as was Darling, Cabango was OK nothing more, but it would be hard to say he was excellent again when he came on in the 75th minute. Of the three I would play Wood and Darling before Cabango as I think they are currently better players, but form can change. We are very lucky to have 3 young talented defenders.

I’ve republished the article from last night, many will disagree, it isn’t an attempt at removing the manager, far from it. it’s a reflection of the anger I felt after that performance. If I was to publish it again but dampened down then it wouldn’t be appropriate.

So here it is.

It is this kind of article that will ensure this site remains the best.

People will start resonating their feelings with the reality of what is being written about.

Nobody wants to read sugar coated stuff in this instance, they want honesty and they want to relate to it.

This will do that. Bravo.

It's always been obvious to me that your football knowledge is very limited but that article reaches new lows. Some of the football we played in that "ridiculous" second half was sublime - the move that produced Joe Allen's great effort, the team move that finished with Obafemi letting the ball pass through his legs for Piroe to shoot was top, top drawer stuff. Wood was impressive on so many occasions last night.
The only thing I 100% agree on with you is Sorinola. When I watched that sickly man hugging episode with the manager when he arrived, as if we had convinced Messi to join us, my first reaction was -mm he don't look much. We have a manager who does not know what a footballer looks like. To have worked with the player before and think he is up to Championship standard is mind blowing. I've run out of steam.

It’s a shame you can’t discuss the article in itself without being rude or limited in your ability to discuss the issues. So therefore a response regards what you think really isn’t going to be forthcoming other than to say thanks for your ‘educated’ ( in loose terms ) guess at who I am and what I know. Unfortunately it lost its ability to become anything other than noise after the first letter.

Thanks for popping in 👍
