Enock Kwateng is an interesting one, he was exactly the type of player we would have been looking at back in the day. He is a good age, has ability but lost his way a bit.....its certainly a route that we should be considering especially as we are set up as a club, selling for a profit and hope that one season we have a go.
Another right sided defender of the same ilk who is also a free agent is Sergi Palencia.
We have to be more savvy in this area and that seems another thing that has gone by the wayside since the yanks came on board. |
I'm surprised he has not found a suitor since he was released, was very good at Nantes a few years back. Thought that would attract some.
Not seen mych of Palencia since he was at Barca, so couldn't comment on his quality.
But an actual RB in that position would always be a bonus.
Max Kruse the one for me, although he must have much better options than us. Fantastic player, would be worth paying him for 4 months.

To try and get in another keeper but he wasn’t supported.
It’s all here. On thread.
Russell Martin makes it very clear to everyone, this must not happen again ! 3rd Feb 2023 14:45Swansea City boss Russell Martin once again laid bare his position as a manager at the club and the issues surrounding the ‘process’ the club prefers when signing players. It doesn’t come as a surprise that the lengthy and drawn out strategy is hindered by Jason Levien signing off deals, hence our comments on stalling and decision making all the way through December and January. 1

They're not gonna sanction any recruitment though are they, they just had 31 days and didn't sign anyone for the first team, all we've heard is countless excuses, no one taking ownership, there's a word for that, Pathetic.

Palencia has just moved to LAFC, the others are still free agents. The guy from Bordeaux is still a free agent, if he’s fit and still wants to play football I’d have thought he’d be willing to pull up trees for a contract.
