As some will be aware it’s coming up for three years in September when I took over the running of the site. The primary goal being our link to the brain tumour charity. Having spoken to the network manager today sadly …
I built a new shower in the garden.
The upshot is the network as they always have remain fully supportive of Swansea Independent being a member of the fansnetwork family. As a result of the support I have received from them in particular and the ongoing success ( our views are twice that I projected a year ago ) at this point you’re stuck with me and our moderators.
I think we have continually sought out those posters who have tried to undermine the forum as an example and today it’s a far more friendlier place to post and have dialogue. That alone compared to what was occurring on here three years ago when Phil left is a success in itself. Of course the handful of characters who we ejected weren’t happy, but that’s life. The overall success of the website far outweighs the few.
Here is a picture of my shower. It’s solar powered which makes me a Forest Green Rovers supporter. Here’s to further success of the website. And as ever thanks to everyone for making this a much better place to visit.
That’s Max the fanged boxer in the picture, he eats everything from paper to people, he should have been a goat.

I’ve got around a 100 metres of rendering done, plus one coat of all weather paint. probably about 20 metres left to go.And that’s the stretch behind the pool.
It’s tough in the sun mate 😉
