Duff - A Crap Press Conference on 10:07 - Aug 25 by Whiterockin
Let it go mate, life will be so much better.
He’s unable to, come back in 5 years and he’ll still be on about it.
I remember during our premier league days Mark Gower, one of his targets, hit a shot over the bar at Anfield, a game that we drew. He kept on about that incident for a minimum of 7 years.

For the OP, it appears that Duff is already pushing the board in his presser regards the club getting the move on with a left sided defender.........it has dragged on.
We are now in a position to push in with his request with the Piroe money, the investment plugged a gap and helped be more proactive but couldn't cover all areas needed addressing.
Said it before and will say it again, the club are reliant on money going into the bank before they can push on with certain transfers and this is the case here BUT we now have the money and a good wad to push on with more things player wise.
I know it doesn't suit some but that is the crux of it.

He's gone mate.
He is glad to be here, well at the moment he is and we do not have to put up with the utter shizer spouted by the clown we had in charge last year so good luck to him but sadly with these who run the club he is going to need all the luck in the world.

Lifey has kept a black book on me for ten years at least. Imagine that .

We disagree often but keep it from the cesspit. I think we re ok . I don’t think you ll be posting about what I posted 7 yrs ago . That ball from Gower ended up on New Brighton beach covered in Seagull feathers . The excuse for a shot at goal was on PSPB watch for cruelty . It was cruelty for us reading the love for Mark Gower . It defied the laws of physics

Duff has a blunt 'lets get down to business' approach which I like.. He does it without being rude but he could perhaps get into trouble down the line like Nigel Pearson did if his patience snaps.
I doubt he will show 'high maintenance ' players too much slack. If they start messing around he will not cover it the new highly tolerant "we need to love our players and show them understanding".
Playing football is a great life and all players wearing the Swansea training bibs should be very happy.
The first goal v WBA three of Swansea's defenders failed to win their headers and the four touch was a goal. Swansea highly rated "young men" did not manage to interfere in WBA's well practiced training ground corner. This happened a lot under than lovely fellow the preceded Duff.
I hope it will not happen so often under Duff. As he said. "I do not want us to be known as a "nice " team". Wood, Cabango and Darling do not want to be called in to his office every Monday morning for a short crisp little chat.
