Cost the country £30 BILLION POUNDS.
THATS 30,000 million pounds for.those that don't know what a billion is.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Felix deciding to just talk crap rather than engaging in any semblance of reality. Pretty much everything you’ve said is completely wrong.

The SNP got their figures from the independent Heritage Foundation who said the 30billion pound hole the mini budget blew into the budget would’ve been even bigger without the U-turns you’re trying to claim we’re cost neutral lol.

https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2022/nov/12/revealed-the-30bn-cost-of-liz-t

Also second lie, the cost of Government borrowing has not returned to normal. The cost of borrowing fell after Truss resigned but wasn’t sustained for anything more than a few weeks at previous levels. Today a UK10YG is pretty similar to what it was the day after the Truss mini budget.

There’s been a lot of cherry picking of figures and extrapolating going on.

Austerity didn’t happen because Covid increased funding post 2020 to be inline with 2010 levels. Never mind the years in between. And the fact the chancellor called it austerity.

The selling off of community centres, libraries, sure start centres, swimming pools, county halls, social services offices etc didn’t happen see, and these public sector workers should get back to their offices which in many cases don’t exist.

I genuinely look forward to a new incarnation of the Tory party as we need a strong opposition. They’ll need to as the current lot will implode after the next election.

Yes. The 30 million, of which probably 20 million has been wasted doing the 20mph thing. Yet Truss wasted ONE THOUSAND TIMES THAT. 1000 x 30 million.
Criminal.

Yes absolutely agree. Truss, Boris etc bloody awful but I tell you what is totally criminal was Anthony Blair siding with George Bush Junior and bombing the absolute shite out of Iraq under the false pretenses of harbouring Al Queda and weapons of mass destruction. No amount of money will bring those lives back and yet Blair still convinced himself he was right and never apologised.
It's all well and good supporting your party but to me they are all a bunch of self centered charlatans. Get rid of the totally incompetent Tories and you will have Starmer's Tory Lite. Alternatively, a Socialist paradise of Jeremy Corbyn which got absolutely vetoed. Or you have Mark Drakeford's Peoples Republic of Wales! Soon to be twined with Pyongyang.
It's a rock or a hard place, the devil or the deep blue sea etc. For us everyday prols it's the same old nonsense which really don't make much of a difference either way. To quote Pete Townsend. ' Meet the new boss the same as the old boss'.

It was not genocide is was a famine caused by reliance on a single non native crop. To suggest one million were deliberately killed shows an utterly lacking in reality .

But it never was £30 billion in the first place . That was a figure produced out of thin air by an SNP MP with out any evidence.

They left fell for the myth hook line and sinker.

It comprised of an £20 billion income tax and corporation tax which has never implemented. It also included extra investment which also never happed .

Still carry on believing fairy stories if you must.

You're just repeating lies that were dispelled on the previous page now. You're a lying liar who tells lies, and you're not a very smart one either.

As I've already said, The SNP got their figures from the independent Resolution Foundation who said the 30billion pound hole the mini budget blew into the budget would’ve been even bigger without the U-turns you’re trying to claim we’re cost neutral lol. So not pulled from thin air, as it meticulously researched and sourced.

I guess Jeremy Hunt put up a load of taxes in the immediate aftermath of the Truss mini budget for no reasons whatsoever?

It’s Felixonomics.

What you do is go to a shop in 2010 and spend £10. Then you steal from the shop until 2023. Then you go in and spend £11 and claim spending has increased over time.

It was certainly a choice for the Irish farmers and business owners who grew and sold all that food as to who they sold it to and at what price. Their fellow countrymen dying all around them but they wanted more money for themselves. Greed ruled supreme then as it does now. A similar situation happened a century later in bengal as local landowners sat on huge stockpiles of food and grain as the prices shot up whilst everyone starved around them.

Pure greed and general apathy to the plight of supposedly worthless peasants from both sides of the Irish Sea.
