No he won by 74 votes.

Biden won 81,283,098 votes, or 51.3 percent of the votes cast.
He is the first U.S. presidential candidate to have won more than 80 million votes.
Trump won 74,222,958 votes.

My point is Biden easily won the popular vote.
By 7 million votes.

This is a fact.

Uncle Sam had Ronald Reagan as their boss some years ago , Arnie is another candidate .

Actors and figureheads , say the correct words on tele via pre planned media briefings .

The largest and most armed Country Worldwiide , can the the Yanks get it right voting .
Thought the UK /WAG elections are a dilemma enough for my vote .

At least here we can close our eyes , guess and X marks the name in the polling booth .

Treasure my option to vote , do at all times , some places do not have the option .

Yes we have a lot of liars and cheats in Westminster , better option than most continents .

He's more likely to be in a medical facility where they can monitor him, he is clearly unfit for office. I actually feel sorry for him because he is getting worse quite quickly. Does he even know where he is half the time?

Apparently he told his carer today that he was head of player recruitment at Swansea City. It might be true.

It’s unbelievable.

That said, only 14% of registered Republicans turned out to vote.
Only 50% of those voters voted for Trump.
Therefore 7% voted for Trump.

Although thats more than the other candidates, i am not sure ypu can read toi much imto it.

No way Fatty Trump beats Sleepy Joe.
Women will vote blue.

Yeah, good luck with that. Literally every single poll is showing otherwise, and it's clear to anyone that lives in this country that Biden is the most unpopular POTUS in this nation's history.

Meanwhile, Trump is poised to shatter GOP records going back over 60 years for the share of African American and Latino voters he's going to get in November. Not bad for a guy portrayed 24/7 in the media as Hitler in a KKK hood. But Biden is actually LESS popular with POC than he is with White Americans - something that seems almost hard to believe for a Democrat, but he's certainly earned it.

Also, something that never gets mentioned is the fact that - assuming California is being proportionately represented in these polls - anything close to even in a poll will translate to a massive electoral college victory for any Republican over any Democrat. It's a simple fact that California gives the Dem a 6 million vote advantage. That's going to be that way for the forseeable future.

You're not going to be enjoying the end of this calendar year, pal. Cheers though!

As Trump will be in jail by then, do you think that people would still vote for him in such circumstances…?

He will also be bankrupt.

I believe that America deserves far better.

Prison would be wonderful, and would certainly clinch it for him.

Because, unlike you, the majority of Americans can easily see the corruption, hypocrisy, and outright fascist evil that is behind the persecution of Trump.

That's ironic really because from outside America, looking in, what many of us see is corruption, hypocrisy and evil being encouraged by Trump.

It's not that Biden is better in our eyes, many of us think hes got dementia and belongs in a care home, it's more that we think you are screwed whoever you vote for.

Saying all that USA politics has been openly corrupt for a long time, money talks on the hill. It's no better in the Uk these days either. Politics across the world is so corrupt most of them wouldn't see the truth if it was a 10 tonne weight that dropped on them.

If the best that the USA can come up with is another geriatric run off between Trump and Biden there’s something seriously wrong with the way the country is run.

I don’t see any corruption hypocrisy or evil from Trump that isn’t present in any other us president. It’s just for some reason he seems to be held to a different standard to everyone else. I mean he’s come out with a lot of incredibly stupid comments but then so did George bush and many others. The media silence around Bidens clear obvious and alarming mental deterioration says it all. Trump is obviously a bit sleazy with his comments about grabbing women by the pussy and sleeping with porn stars. Bill Clinton spent most of his presidency banging interns across the Oval Office desk, has been accused of multiple sexual assaults and rapes and was impeached for lying under oath only coming clean (pun not intended) when his errant jets of semen was discovered on a dress.

If the media/justice system/law enforcement went after every presidents or politicians indiscretions and failures with the same fervour as they do with Trump we might have a chance of getting a leader one day who isn’t a corrupt dodgy dealing demagogue sex pest.

Maybe the civil sexual assault conviction, the Jan 06th insurrection, the blatant election interference, the friendship with Jeffrey Epstein, and the stolen classified security documents sort of sets him apart….?

He is not going to win.

Yes - but little doubt remaining about what he did …?

‘A jury found Donald Trump liable Tuesday for sexually abusing advice columnist E. Jean Carroll in 1996, awarding her $5 million in a judgment that could haunt the former president as he campaigns to regain the White House.’

Trump liable in the civil court.

Take Trump out of the equation for a sec, let’s plonk the orange blubbering mess to one side…

Do you believe that it’s morally, ethically, reasonably ok for civil courts to adjudicate on events and allegations that are criminal in nature on the basis of a much lower threshold for proof?

Civil courts in my mind should be dealing with contract disputes, family disputes, perhaps things like libel maybe.

They should not have the authority to suggest that someone is liable for a criminal offence unless that person has been tried and convicted in a criminal court.

It is morally repugnant.

What the Texan sees in Trump’ s tanned visage is completely different to how we perceive him, which is a preeeing, narcissist but one able to manipulate millions of doom brains that sees USA as somehow the panacea for the worlds problems .

I was only talking about Trum and Boden and the current race to be POTUS.

I agree about previous Presidents; I say the same kind of things about most politicians too. The thread is about Trum tho so I tried to stay on the topic.
