He comes across as an impressive character who knows what he's about and how to achieve it, but then again so did Sheehan.

It's fine margins at this level. IF he can get the players on board with what he wants to do then we've still got a chance of having a successful season. We're still only a couple of winning runs away from pushing for a top end of the table finish.

Confidence is a huge factor in player performance, and we've seen most of if not all of the current squad play much better in the past than as of late. Get them playing at the top end and we won't have much to worry about.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

All it needs is 5/10 % extra from each player, its that simple.

Can he do it? I hope so 🙏

I wouldn't disagree with that.

More than anything I think we need to get players playing to their strengths. That's what Sheehan did so successfully last season and bafflingly failed to do so this time around.

Get our attacking players playing on the front foot. Give our forwards a "target rich" environment to work with. Keep it simple at the back. This isn't complicated stuff.

Supporters need to play their part too. I was disappointed by the booing on Tuesday. The first 30/40 minutes were a big step in the right direction, and getting slagged for it won't help the players.

Hoping to see us attack more decisively on Saturday as we are away, traditionally as we are away we will be on the back foot so therefore there will be more space for our front men, especially inoussa.

He needs to sort out the full backs first. At the moment we have 2 full backs who want to play in midfield.
Get a solid back line and we can have something to build on.
First signing in January needs to be a right back

Want to play in midfield or were told to play in midfield? I don't know.

Players are not chess pieces but they are in the sense that they go where manager tells them, and if they look a complete tit in that position, that is their misfortune.

That’s because they can’t or don’t like defending as such
They are nowhere to be seen in times of danger
Tymon can cross a ball though
Key can’t

100%. The first 20 - 25 mins on Tues were encouraging. We do over complicate play however. Hopefully that can be stripped back by Matos. The boos are also counter productive. I am still keeping my hopes up for this squad. There's a team in there somewhere.

Defenders that cannot defend is his biggest problem.

He needs to threaten to fine players who pass backwards for no reason.

So many times a lot of the midfields players get the ball to feet facing their own goal and don't bother to turn around. When I played we would shout at the player to turn.

We have a lot of players playing scared at the moment.

We are the first Welsh club to reach the Premier League Simples

Nail on the head !!
Stamenic was screamed at to turn forward on Wednesday ,his first instinct seems to be play it back ,like Fulton, but he’s also pretty static and too close to opponents and doesn’t move around enough making himself available for the ball ,when he does go forward he looks a better player ,he needs to do it more often
We have to stop the continual aimless passing across the back ,get it wide or forward quicker before opponents can get back in defence
We also need to compete for the ball better and start winning tackles and second balls
We can do it

Most teams we play are just happy to sit back and let us have the ball knowing we won’t do much with it before counter attacking us when we give it away.

Priority one I think is finding ways to break down these teams and create chances when they’ve got 10 men behind the ball.

Pretty obvious that players have been selected to do exactly this

I made this exact same point on the Derby MDT. It’s so annoying when there is room behind the receiver to turn and go FORWARD. While we are fannying around at the back, the opposition defence are back in place with their pipe and slippers!
