The M4 feasibility study is not a waste. it can be used in the future. Ground water investigations. planning stuff. Reform if they get in can use it.

I do not like Dan and his crew. If they can persuade Contractors to take the risk on a toll road I will congratulate them . Sadly the £1.6billion is fantasy based on recent projects.
The next Government can review the project and revisit the " Feasibility study" and use it if they are prepared to take the huge risks involved. You called it a waste. You follow the UK narrative. Everything outside the M25 is a waste.
