There's a myriad of reasons for that Dr. Most of them valid, however it should be recognised that he's played very well under Matos.
There's been no reasons valid enough for him to have taken the level of stick that he has from some quarters IMO. He's played well under every manager he's had here and got very little credit or respect for it with some.
Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

I've been looking at the Stoke pages. I've always found them a fairly reasonable lot, unlike some, 1. We won fair and square 2. Galbraith wasn't effective but they're pleased with what they see so far 3. Our recruitment has been impressive, streets ahead of what they've done 4. That Of..ku needs stopping. I didn't go to gloat, but if you see yourselves in someone else's mirror it's informative.

He has played well sometimes very well every since we got rid of Grimes, now Jay has to do something when he's got the ball now he no longer has grimes to put a lazy pass to.

Disagree with you, which is fairly rare tbh, the Fulton - Grimes to me to you partnership held us back badly, and your right we've had some clueless managers, maybe not clueless, but 100% stubborn and Fulton too the brunt of that. None of the criticism is personal to Jay the person whom I've bumped into a few times and is a lovely chap.

Raising that kinda proves my point. Fulton took 99% of the blame for the problems that came when he was paired with Grimes despite being nowhere near that responsible.
There are altogether too many people out there desperate to criticise him no matter what he does. Key is facing the same problems too.
