What he says is very true, your weight can sneak up over time and before you know it. Then all the extra weight can carry health problems that aren't obvious and by the time you notice something is wrong it could be life threatening.

Brilliant effort by Chris, I have had a few chats online with him but never met him. He started a post about cycling a couple of years back which seemed to encourage a lot of posters to make an effort to talk about their health both physical and mental get fitter and lose a bit of weight.
It takes a hell of a lot of courage and commitment to keep at it when everything else tells you it's easier to stop.
An example to us all that no challenge is insurmountable with support and courage. |  |
