Do you ever look at someone and wonder why they don’t get them removed?
I just watched a brilliant documentary about Vivienne Westwood and one of her assistants had two huge moles on her top lip and I can’t understand why she hasn’t had them removed.

This is the lovely young lady that got me thinking.
Her name is Bella Freud,she is Lucian Freuds daughter.
She was very nice in the documentary but obviously has lots of money and I just wonder from a personal point of view why she wouldn’t be down Harley Street seeing a plastic surgeon.
This is not an attack on the delightful Miss Freud or an attack on anyone else it’s an attack on moles.

My point is, if someone asks me why I don't have a shave, as other people find my beard ugly, I would tell them to mind their own business. If someone were to ask me why I don't undergo plastic surgery to remove a mole, that I may or may not even care about, as they don't find it attractive, I would laugh in their face.
edit...I know you didn't mention attractiveness in the OP, so what other reason would they have to think "hmmmm, I really should have this mole removed". [Post edited 7 Nov 2019 13:23]
