Depends how you look at it. I was a History teacher and used to tell my class that Lord Castlereagh's State Paper of 5th May 1820 laid the foudation of British foreign policy for over 120 years. Same day as my mam's birthday in 1928. That's how I remembered it! Don't think things need to be taken literally in relation to dates and times. Just my take on things. Well I think there's enough of a difference between 23rd November and 25th November to say with confidence that those are two different days of the month.
