"FIFA rules allow clubs to prevent their players from going away on international duty if there is a quarantine period of at least five days on their return".
Winter can just do it. I would imagine Ayew will not complain too much neither will his family. Representing you country should not come with a 10 day prison sentence. It will also cost the club £150,000 or so. |  |

I do not agree. He has a very highly paid contract. You are right in normal circumstances but travelling overseas to represent you country in the midst of a global pandemic is against the advice of the UK Government and would be irresponsible in my view.
In life there will come some very clear choices. He can mis one important game for Ghana or three vital games for Swansea after a period of incarseration unable to see his family.
He has been put on a pedestal at Swansea never dropped and relied upon completely by Cooper. He should follow the requirements of the land he has made his home. | |

Interesting. I once travelled to Ascension Island and St Helana with work. The British kicked the Portugese off there. Cape verde and Madiera are Portugese so Soa Tome was a well probably. | |
