If Wales goes Indy ,what health care would it offer the people;the English NHS.
A break from England really IS just that,in every way.People need to think deeply on that and how we are linked to England-like it or not,socially,economically and culturally.
Most people in Wales do not care about the Eisteddfod either as it is only for Welsh speakers,alienating 80% of the entire population.

Me ol Mum was a fine singer.She sang in many chapels around south Wales and had a soaring mezzo -soprano voice and a temperament to match too.
She wanted to go to the eisteddfod when it was in Swansea and was told by a welsh speaking church member not to go as he would not be welcomed as she didnt know ,nor didnt like particularly the Welsh language,mainly ,as my father's all Welsh to the bone speaking family DID and made it their business to ostracise her whenever possible.
I also recall an announcement in Welsh at the Vetch being met with derision.Why,because nobody ,certainly no Jack,spoke it out of choice.
I actually believe had Wales not had an issue with the language ,more people would be engaged as regards possible independence.
You will have seen on here what happens when the language is questioned and you will see more very soon..

I can see why the NHS gets pulled in because the English NHS is doing far better than the Welsh even though Wales gets more health and social care funding per person than mosty of England.
It should be more of an indictment on the Senedd than an indy argument though. | |
