Swansea bay after the airshow, always a mountain of litter. I see people sitting next to bins who throw rubbish on the floor. I would have got a clip for doing that, my gran would have clipped me even when I was past 18. | |

They do give them to the homeless charities, this was Caaardfiff before they cleared it up

Most festivals do try to recycle tents. They did it when I went to the V festival and that was years ago |  |

One obvious solution put a £100 tax on all tents under a £100.
When you can buy a tent for as little as £45 on amazon why go to the bother of taking it home with you after the festival. If it cost £145 you might think twice. The tax could then be used to clear the rubbish up. | |
