Can understand them having their own wishes and opinions, but they shouldn't interfere with other peoples wishes and opinions, especially when they are going about their own business and especially work, idiots being left to run riot.

Any senior armed forces there or big 6 foot nasty coppers, their tone would be different. They like bullying nurses or youngsters. They didn’t even get the caution right.

Your choice which is fair enough.

That must be close to threatening behaviour there. I don’t get what these people are trying to achieve . beyond prolonging restrictions for all there is no individual or societal benefit they can give.

High treason? You have to admit arresting a load of nurses and soldiers for a an offence that hasn’t really existed since they hung Lord Haw Haw shows ambition at least.

Still exists, though William Joyce (Haw Haw)was the last person tried for treason (treachery also was a separate offence). Was last offence for which capital punishment was in the statute until 1998, after Piracy with Murder and causing a fire in a naval dockyard were removed in the 1970s. Some talk of it being brought back for inciting terrorism.
Arguably this is terrorism and treason would be appropriate?

Pretty sure that there is an obscure law being 'misconduct in an NHS setting' which this arguably is.

Would that be a common law offence?

It might still exist technically but it’s archaic now in reality and been superseded by other laws. That bloke who broke into Windsor castle with a crossbow trying to kill the queen would be the most open and shut case of high treason you could ever find. Obviously the likes of James Hewitt and Will Carling and all the others would have been guilty for bopping princess Di too.

I got ‘served’ three times last week but only via email.

I’d love some of these to come in to work in person. Not for violence of course, but i could have some real fun with the cameras rolling 🤣
