There’s a huge action going on with Cadiz CF and numerous fans groups are reconstructing temporary accommodation. Donations are being carefully managed and the priority are the ill, infirm and children.
Andalusia is a relatively poor area and to see the work and effort being put in is inspiring. Some families can barely feed themselves let alone others, but they seem to be the ones making the most effort. |  |

St Mary’s rear Chapel (behind the main Altar) is being used as a collection point. Stuffed full of clothes bags. Less well off people empathize much more easily with others who struggle. Because they’ve been there at some point in their lives.

Becasue the vast majority of homes destroyed by our action in Syria and Afghanistan belonged to terrorists. I wouldn't want a terrorist living with me. Plenty of genuine asylum seekers have, quite rightly, been giving homes in this country
However a complelety innocent person living in the city of Mariupol (I'd guess most residents are completely innocent) , who's entire city has been laid siege to by foreign invaders to the point of not even having water to drink, would be welcome to stay in my spare room. | | | |
