Only thing missing was fans, stadium no more than 20% full at the end.

I’ve been extremely disappointed in the players over the last month mate, all they seemed to be preserving yesterday was an injury free two week holiday in Dubai. Not good enough.

That situation firmly lies at the Managers door, poor preparation 100%.

No thanks I feel a warm home here. Certainly i would not have danced at the disco that was on here under the previous management. I was banned from SCFC2 after my good advice in 20016 was not taken. (advice to at all cost sell shares in 2016)

I questioned the legal case and was shown the door. I actually got a mention on there after the Trust ran up the white flag 6 years later.

What does the lap of honour have to do with the trust then?

Hold up there, Res. This division has been utterly rubbish this season, besides 3/4 teams. Outside the top 3/4 the rest of us have been terrible. We are lucky this season, we may not be again.
What happens when they sell Piroe, Oba and Downes?

Lack of values and soul, hysterical really. People without soul don't bother complaining and what values do you think are missing?

It was not a great season average by definition wins and losses equal. It happens. The families come out to thank the fans and they it appears are sniffy about them according to this thread.

Swansea's problems are all about recruitment in the last few seasons since 2014. Swansea is good at selling and bad at buying which is why it is on a downward trajectory with balanced books. It was saved by the u23 team of 2016. James, McBurnie, Byers, Rodon and Roberts.

I am not a big fan of all this.

Great if you win something, or fight to stay up perhaps.

Not so good if its a bang average season.
The first doube will always be remembered, but apart from that its been very much work in progress.

Agree with all that, other than the work on progress bit.

Should be about the players Manager and backroom staff, not the whole families of players, etc.

I do not understand this at all. Player like Smith, Hamer Bennett perhaps Piroe even Downes came out with their families to thank the fans for their support before they move to new pastures and get snubbed because the team was average in a transitional season.

These things count and the club realise it.

Calamitous in lack of effort and responsibility shown by some (definitely not all) of the players. We had the makings of a good side with a forward two a lot in this division would be envious of. He messed the defence and midfield up and carried on a suicidal policy of tippy tappy around our area which we paid the price many times.

In short there were no signs of improvement and I fear the same next season from a manager who seems not to be able to learn. Time to change??

The pressure is on Martin for sure, and it won’t be like anything he has felt before.
But the club can’t get rid now.

Surely ? …

There’s something seriously wrong Keith, I can’t put my finger on it but I’ve never known a manager so stuck in his ways and almost fingers in ears to any other methods but his own.

I’m pretty sure the players aren’t convinced either and I wonder if he’s lost authority in the dressing room.
