| Why do you think people need enemies ? on 10:08 - May 13 with 762 views | Lorax | Some people are just made that way I guess. I don't need enemies, I have developed a knack for simply walking away. If anyone deliberately causes me grief I can walk away, ignore them and not worry about it. Even if they were once close friends or family. Some people though, they are just not happy unless they are spreading hate and misery. | | | |

Funny you bring Derry girls up, last one is going to be all around the good Friday agreement, the wife and I were talking about it last night. As my wife comes from Donegal, she lived a few miles from the border and her father was a gardai, interesting to hear what was normal back in the day for her and trying to explain to the kids what it was like..... Totally foreign to them when she tries too explain it to them. Been luckily enough to go to Derry numerous times, also both Enniskillen and Omagh..too think what went on there 😬

This week in Derry Girls, - the problem with the English is they don't remember and the problem with the Irish is they don't forget, or words to that effect, sounds about right. Did you see last week where one of the girls says to the police chief, come on how many Catholics are in the police force and he proudly says 3 and she is saying only 3 catholics in the whole of the police force blah blah blah. Good series, I laughed in one of the earlier ones when they had done some misdemeanor or other and was worried about getting expelled only for one of them to mention another girl and she is in the IRA and she did not get expelled.

| Why do you think people need enemies ? on 09:37 - May 14 with 531 views | Brynmill_Jack | Never forget - war is big business. Whenever there’s a conflict the world arms dealers rub their hands knowing they are about to become even richer. This process has now reached its zenith where ex military generals who have been employed by these monolithic arms companies are actively lobbying governments to intervene or even start armed conflicts. Sick beyond belief. Especially when congressmen and members of the US senate have stock holdings in them. An unbelievable and immoral conflict of interests. | |
