| Cyprus Christie on 09:47 - Jun 12 with 1950 views | 73__73 | I would have liked him to have come back to Swansea. I thought he was a very decent player. | |

| Cyprus Christie on 09:52 - Jun 12 with 1964 views | magicdaps10 | I would take him back but not overly worried on this one taking his age and what he would expect wage wise. Interesting to read that PNE are also interested in Freddie Woodman. | |

Me as well. Won me a couple of quid for anytime scorer a few times. Decent player.

Agreed, he made the position his own last season. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Same here, I’d have liked to see him come back but I don’t blame him for opting for a better contract and I think there are players out there just as good looking to prove themselves. It’s going to be interesting how he gets on though because he’s not playing for a contract anymore
| Cyrus Christie on 21:08 - Jun 12 with 1465 views | builthjack | He started off well, but went downhill in the second half of his loan spell. That would have been noted. | |
| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Wasn't just downhill, the last couple of months he looked a weak link in our lineup. If he's signed elsewhere I'm pleased.
| Cyrus Christie on 16:08 - Jun 13 with 1155 views | heatwave | Did we actually offer him a deal? Window only just opened so if Preston offered him around what he was looking for good luck to him. | | | |
| Cyrus Christie on 14:20 - Jun 14 with 934 views | KeithHaynes | Rumour suggests they offered him 8k a week more than he knew the swans could. He obviously knew the figures because he spoke to RM a before he left last season. If money is the reason, and the millions earned already aren’t enough, what you gonna do ! | |

How the hell can pne afford those wages, hemmings was a clever businessman, he never put a great deal in, he just made sure they never spent above their means and I suspect his family would be the same. [Post edited 14 Jun 2022 14:55]

Unless you're a fan/local of either club there's no real difference between ourselves and Preston at the moment. No one in their right mind is going to choose to do the exact same job for half the pay they'd get elsewhere. How much he's earned before is irrelevant. He's not been here long enough to be settled, and doesn't owe us anything.

And neither do the swans. Just stating fact, and as I’ve said who can blame him. But with PNE he has less chance of promotion and more chance of a new BMW.
