Has to be said - a tremendous and brave pice of goalkeeping at the death last night to come way out of the six yard box and punch at the feet of the reading player. I have the feeling if he’d have stayed in the 6 yard box he would have been beaten .

Superb goalkeeping and proved to be a tremendous decision.

Each time I go to Bedd - au........................

Spot on.

The league table since we changed keeper would be good viewing.

Benda has made a huge and positive difference.
And as you say, the save at the death was very brave.

Well done RM for doing the right thing.

He s terrific and has saved us points where Fisherclost them.
He is commanding, brave and a shot stopper.

He doesn’t need to be a sweeper keeper

Let him keep goal and get on with it

I would put that down to naive defending, not the keepers fault

Benda has been superb and is far more commanding that Fisher. Sometimes a player needs pulling out of a team, this is done mainly for the player to get his head right after a mistake or a poor run in the team and this seems to have driven Benda on and opened Martin's eyes up to whom is the better keeper.

He is a premier league player in the making I believe.

To be fair the combined entity rather laughingly referred to as the Swansea defence probably has a little to do with that goal count.

Where does he stand in the firmament of Swansea keepers?

Freestone is my all time favourite. Wouldn't cut the mustard in the current era of sweeper/keepers, but utterly dominant in his own penalty area and pulled off more saves he shouldn't have got near than any before or since in my time.

Fabianski is probably the actual best keeper. Good at basically everything.

Benda is at least as good as Vorm IMO.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Benda is good and has been out in the cold for much of his contract. He deserves another.
Fab was the best We ve had by a country mile.
Vorm was good until he got injured then frittered away

Two years too late. Should have been our #1 since the 20/21 season.
