Read it and as I said earlier, I don’t know what way the court case will go.
Good to see that one of Fox’s defence is that as there is absolutely evidence whatsoever of court provable voter fraud, they still had to cover it as the lies were from famous sources so warrented coverage anyway.
It was also good to see all in one place the amount of times Fox anchors said there was no evidence of voter fraud.

News International were behind the News of the World which eventually closed after a couple of telephone hacking allegations including Millie Dowler’s telephone. I’d love to see them lose this case.

Whatever the outcome it’s looks like Fox will have a few issues to iron out. Their core audience will remain bur I’d imagine the younger viewers will walk.

They’re a company with significant influence, Murdoch has met numerous ministers including Sunak over the last few years. Having such a hold on influence should come with significant responsibilities and checks, but it seems that pushing the baseless claims of election fraud was all about ratings and nothing to do with the truth or doing the right thing. One could argue they’ve tried to undermine democracy, I hope NI lose and get an enormous fine/compensation order against them.
