Possibly the other staff do not have release clauses in their contracts, this is where the negotiation is. IMO screw Southampton on these if it is the case, possibly what the owners are doing. | | | |

is it a coincidence Russ dropped his vanity project in favour of a formation and tactics which got him out of trouble last season....but then abobonded when the pressure was off.....to get him some much needed sucees knowing his job was in the line or in fact over so needed to ensure other clubs would look at him.
