That is regards the overall running of the club, but we won’t hold back when it’s needed. And more importantly will always put our names to the relevant subject matter. 0 If you want to remove this post from the board index, just click the hide post icon below. | Swansea City : The path forwards, is it still a concern ? on 13:55 - Jan 12 with 1208 views | Joesus_Of_Narbereth | I’m far more confident now than I was a few weeks ago. I had two issues with Duff, one was his playing players out of position and the other he came across as very boring, insipid and distant. The first point perhaps he had no choice but the second he never made any sort of effort to connect with the fans or the community or the staff in general. It’s so important to create a feel good factor around the club and Williams seems (so far) to understand this.

| Swansea City : The path forwards, is it still a concern ? on 18:44 - Jan 12 with 1065 views | BillyChong | Ah this old favourite is being banded about earlier than normal. My prediction was for a 1st Feb deployment; Coleman : "We have spent hours upon hours preparing for this window. The work has been in place for quite a few months now. I think there is always a need to strengthen any squad, regardless of where you are - any position in any table." | | | |

You say we aren't going to go up and going on the first half of the season most would agree with you. But, the reality is that we are only 8 points off the play offs. Sunderland are averaging 1.5 points a game. We need 2 points a game to finish in the play offs. It's not impossible. I started this point being more optimistic than I am now that I've done the Maths actually

I would say that it's unlikely we are going up or down, but we have to start building for the future. I don't believe we should wait for the summer window, we should start now. We all know the areas lacking in the squad and there are 14 players on loan or out of contract by the summer. Decisions in these areas need to start being rectified now or we will lagging behind next season. Williams has a very busy month, as well as tweaking our playing style he has to make decisions on the players who can adapt and those who can't. IMO there is no point waiting until the summer and just writing the season off or we might just as well all stay home until August.
