I have no problem with VAR but it still may need a bit of tightening up. However, in a competition like this it should either be available for all games (which isn’t practical) or not at all (even if it is available). I it’s almost like saying some games will have a ref, others can sort it out between themselves - a bit of exaggeration for effect there😉.

Like all things VAR favours the bigger clubs. Premier League clubs at home and there is VAR, just in case one of the little clubs goes through on an error. Let's hope it backfires on them tonight and the little club benefits, we are due a few from our Premier League days when there was no VAR and we were robbed.

VAR could favour either side I suppose WR but Sid’s Kaw it will go against us tonight with a strand of hair being offside or something like that😂. Sorry, but calling Bournemouth a big club rankles!!

Remember the Luis Suarez chant about his teeth being offside.

| VAR to decide the Swans fate tonight in the FA Cup at Bournemouth on 10:53 - Jan 25 with 1044 views | swan_si | if they allowed VAR in our game v Man City we would've won, the stadium was set up for it, but if I remember correctly it wasn't used because we're a championship club. I may be wrong the grey cells aren't what they used to be.🤷♂️ | | | |

You’re right that var is there to favour big clubs.Teams with fewer resources will be the ones who need to throw in sneaky fouls to try to level the playing field - which should be part and parcel of football. I lost count of how many times Ashley Williams, for one, pulled back his man knowing the referee wouldn’t be able to spot it to gain half a second advantage. Nowadays we’d be giving away a dangerous fk or pen
