If only the people running the club were as ruthlessly efficient at getting people in as they are at getting them out.

Yep pretty good at selling but seem reluctant when the opposite is required

That's 3 managers that have seen reason to not play him!!

Everyday above ground ... Is a good day! 😎

Wasn’t wanted when he signed, Allen the then recruitment bod didn’t advise Martin or Winter of Ogbeta coming ( hence his removal from the club ) 300k paid, Cotterill the Shrewsbury manager was delighted. Now three managers have chosen not to play him.

Clearly not up to it.

As details come out about what's going on behind the scenes it just gets worse. Was there no structure to sign off a transfer? How could Allen sign off a transfer fee, signing on fee and wages without it being approved from above?

Maybe he saw it as a present, a gift 😂
Possibly he talked round Levien, he’s the last word.

So we've paid him for two years to do basically nothing
And we're skint!

Sending Ntjoe back to his home makes no sense unless he is on his way out. He needed to acclimatise to the pace of the UK game and gone to league 1 for 6 months.

Swansea has become a 'quick fix' club. Bring in a not very good, raw, too young kid to screw up and send the permanent signing back to his homeland where he might find a girl and refuse to come back.

With his contract running out in June would it be an arbitration fee because of his age. If this is the case does he need to be offered an extension for it to kick in. I'm really confused by this age thing and how it works, it seems that we still haven't paid for Key.

So do we need to offer him a new contract to get any sort of fee?

This is consistent with Williams's comment of sending him there for 'development' not to get him off the books. It could be that Bolton deal is a loan to a "buy" with Bolton paying a fee despite the fact he is notionally out of contract.

It seemed an odd comment to me but the development angle gives Williams comment a bedrock of logic.

He does not play for three years and then offered a new deal as rumoured last week?

We offered Lati a contract which he turned down. Hell of a gamble if we offer Ogbeta a new contract.

Better off banking a couple of hundred thousand as he is, no contract offer.

Is it a case of these youngsters are just down the pecking order and are deemed surplus to requirement, how many left backs have we got now? Could the same be said for the likes of Gyokeres, lack of game time because better players keeping them out.
When given a chance injuries interfer, there could be a case of a number of players sign already had injury issues already.
Very hard trying to develop young players in any league with a settled team that are on top of their game but sometimes you have to or are forced to take a chance take a look at Parkers case, seemed a revelation only to get injured will he get back in when Key is available?
Or are they just commodities to be bought and sold with little thought of how it will affect the playing staff.
Look at the Clucas deal, totalling bizarre that we included Stephen Kingsley the only left back at the club (backup Naughton I believe) for Clucas who was going to be the midfield saviour only to play him at LB. Was Kingsley the best player in the world maybe not but he was young and raw, he might have developed, even after the setback of being sold he eventually became a Scotish international, selling him just didn't make sense, if we wanted Clucas that bad we should have stumped up the cash.
We need players who going to add to the squad not keep older players passed their best before date, Naughton lost his man for the first Bournemouth goal, neither do we need so many young loan players who are going to make the mistakes like Humpreys did for the Bournemouth second getting done by Brooks.
If your midfield is slow then you need to go four at the back before any development of you defenders can even start.
