It is fine to disagree. My comment rests on the argument that there is a difference between the following two statements.
Kill those F....... B........s.
You can kill those F_______ B_____s for all I care.
Although both are worthy of censure, I believe there to be a difference in the strength of the incitements. As to whether "it only needed one person", there are the issues of immediacy and proximity that I mentioned. I did not follow this 41 year old woman's tweets on X and doubt that persons on their way to the riots were reading them. As the OP suggests, a punishment might well be appropriate after due process, but to my mind a 3 years sentence is OTT. I notice that some of our US cousins are saying this would not have been an offence in their jurisdiction. [Post edited 2 Sep 2024 17:02]

She’s made a number of tweets and has pleaded guilty to intending to stir up racial hatred. Her sentence is broadly consistent with others involved in the disorder. It’s my belief she’s only got herself to blame.

Too many people are posting things that are just not acceptable and serious harm can be caused, children have committed suicide through online abuse.
