I’m not - it was a genuine question.
If someone there has given out info on patients though that’s a bloody disgrace,
On a more general note, I think some of the ‘anti visitor / second home people’ is hypocrisy at its finest though. Not only in Wales, but Cornwall, Norfolk etc as well.
If people own a house and pay for local services through council tax etc, they’re entitled to use the place and the local hospitals. As I said before, different if it’s a caravan etc as the infrastructure isn’t set up to deal with it, but if a hospital is, for example, set up to cope with x houses in Haverfordwest then why does it matter if someone partly lives in England? It just means they pay more than their fair share of local services in both places as they’ll only use schools in one place and they only use rubbish collection etc for half the time in each place.
Many people in Powys are being treated in a English hospitals - it works both ways surely?
Obviously idiots like Gordon Ramsey aren’t helping by behaving like utterly self entitled morons.

But your post differentiated them as being English. Why does that matter? Someone would equally be breaking the rules by driving to Haverfordwest from Swansea. And an English person could be living in Wolfscastle. | | | |
