The agent of former Swansea City winger Jefferson Montero has confirmed that his client has found a new club. The Ecuadorian has been without a team since his spell with Birmingham City came to an end in June.

It will be the second time that Montero has plied his trade in Mexico, having featured for Monarcas Morelia before signing for Swansea in the summer of 2014. Montero has genuine claims of being one of Swansea's most frustrating players of all time, with his brilliantly inconsistent performances garnering praise and criticism in almost equal measure.

OK I've changed it.

I’m assuming they aren’t going to bother with a medical.

The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.

Despite all the plaudits he got on this forum, bar a few games and the odd moment he did next to nothing for us. Never forget an abysmal performance in an evening fixture in the Hawthorns. All in all, a waste of money in my opinion.

I reckon his complete lack of effort at White Hart Lane would take some beating, woeful.

Lazy c u n t , disinterested and lacking real effort determination and effort he needs to be playing his football in warm climes where he can doze off in his hammock in the garden or on the beach. But occasionally, very occasionally capable of brilliance.

Only an idiot would eat a turkey curry on Christmas day

As I said, "bar the odd game". Also, let us not forget Chambers, at the time, was a young man making his way in the game. He was not so great against most defenders.... cue someone pointing to the other decent game against the ageing old man at Chelsea.

Love him. For the joy of football.

Good luck Jeff!

Doctors couldn't get close enough to him social distancing 😉

Yeah he was injured all the time blah blah, we wasted shed loads of money, yes we know, won't be the first player or the last that will happen with, but what a player to watch when in full flight. Top class and unplayable even against the elite defenders in the Premier League.

All the best to him.
