Agreed.
He needs to very quickly find a winning formula, cut his cloth accordingly and build upon our inherent strengths (not ditch them just to make a childlike statement, eg our stoic defence).
He says he's worked on our defensive third / half. And will then focus up top. Our defensive game is regressing fast. The confidence is waning at an alarming rate. Our players clammed up today, almost fearful of ruthless Russell.
This all doesn't bodde well unless he becomes more streetwise and grown up in his approach. .

Mid table. If he continues playing Bidwell level with the centre forward and Cullen behind Piroe, then we may have a relegation battle on our hands. I don’t think he will though.

Dr P You are wasting your time the hedge funds little fanboy obviously knows nothing and the fact is I can already take a 300% profit if we get relegated, struggle to stay up,mid table,(whatever that is,you are either top 1/2 or bottom 1/2) or even get promoted,like i say ill trade out when the price gets a little lower,which it will,after that i hope we win every game,since it wont matter a jot to my bet. I did put up a thread somewhere entitled PIKEYS PICKS stating random bets that were value and after 50 odd bets I am up about 10% return on investment ,mugs like the fanboy are probably getting 0.1% with their hard earned in a bank,which in real terms is losing a lot thanks to inflation,not one of them has the bottle or knowledge to run a similar thread with such a good return over such a large amount of bets,they contribute nothing to this forum,unlike me who is responsible for the greatest thread ever on this forum which was deleted to save the remoaners more humiliation now all there Project Fear BS has been exposed and they needed the thread and all the nonsense ( cliff edge etc ) they posted removed now its been shown to be exactly that.
