| BBC1 7PM 18:33 - Aug 24 with 1827 views | britferry | City of Horses... its about Swansea, this could be fun, then again if its been done by BBCardiff, you can expect it to be patronising as hell Also seen this on WOL https://www.walesonline.co.uk/ | |

| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

| BBC1 7PM on 17:39 - Aug 25 with 1419 views | 1983 | Just seen it and I'm still undecided and on a fine line of whether I'm embarrassed or proud. One thing is for sure Tracker looks like the kind of fella you don't want to upset. Anyone on here know him? | |

| BBC1 7PM on 17:47 - Aug 25 with 1413 views | onehunglow | I found it quite wistful watching it all. Seems Penlan cpmmon hant changed much and it show how sprawling a city Swansea is and always has been. The centre ,as it is now, seems disproportionately small for such a conurbation . Some dramatic vistas too and it made me quite dewy eyed. You never loosen the ties that bind you of younger days | |

I love my City and it's people but I hate the way the media, Swansea and its people undersell themselves and this was evident as soon as the programme started and it was a case of "woo look at these poor common people and what they have to do to amuse themselves"

I wonder if they included anything referencing the old Manselton racecourse and how important a course it was?

| BBC1 7PM on 10:55 - Sep 1 with 891 views | jack247 | I thought it was alright. Didn’t feel it was any more patronising than these type of programs normally are and the people in it all came across as salt of the earth types. It did kind of give the impression that this is massive in Swansea though. I’ve maybe seen five horses with traps in the last 10 years. | | | |

No idea. Based on the zero knowledge I have on horses, they all looked healthy and well looked after, so I’d assume they do see the vet regularly (although the young guy reminded me of myself the first time I took my dog to the vet and was baffled by the amount of injections and paperwork required). Some things in these programs are clearly contrived. I’ve just watched an episode of Clarksons farm, although I can’t deny it was funny, It made the grand tour look unscripted.
