| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

A must win game for both. My prediction is a 3 - 1 win for both Wales and Swans Hope all those attending the games enjoying them and travel safely

| Everything off your chest now folks ? on 19:57 - Mar 21 with 1044 views | LittleEnglandJack | A disproportionate amount of my enjoyment from football has come from watching Wales the last 6 or 7 years. Will always be Swans first, Wales 2nd for me but given our (relative) decline in fortunes the recent successes of the national team have been one hell of a tonic. Seeing so many of our lads be part of that success has been great too. Tough question, Wales win on Thursday (and 1 game away from a WC) or a win against Cardiff and the 1st double? I'd probably just about pick the double but WC qualification would be absolutely massive for us as a nation... [Post edited 21 Mar 2022 21:02]

Nice summary similar to my thoughts although beating the Bassey’s over a Wales win all day long. Had some decent away trips with Wales but it’s club over country for me. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Swansea and Wales how any Welsh man cannot care about Thursday is hard to fathom. So many World Cup disappointments would mean so much to qualify.

I'd go Wales win on this occasion. The world cup is expanding soon so qualifying for it in the future will be no achievement and severely downgraded by having 48 team tournaments. And the sheer number of near misses over the years to qualify for a world cup. This is a huge opportunity. The swans this season can't go down, can't go up and will likely have chances to complete the double over the next few seasons where neither side are likely to get out of the championship. Last year was the better chance having already won at Legoland. Plus we know the scum can't do the double this season. Obviously I would adore a double this season. But it's not urgent or imperative it's done now.

I have an empathy with the place I live and where I was born. Its where my ancestors were born as well. It is part of me. You do not have this and you know the reasons. We are all different.

World cup qualification over the double for me. Maybe an unpopular choice. But there you go. Would love a double but it's a dead rubber. Remember JoeJordan,Jock Stein Paul Bodin. Then loads of nowhere near.

Yeah you are probably correct. I was born in Great Britain 🇬🇧 and did support team GB at the Olympics. So if there was a team GB playing regularly and no doubt support them.

The United Kingdom is not a nation. Its a political structure (union?) that includes the nations of Wales, Scotland, England and the north of Ireland (well, at the moment). Great Britain is the largest island of the British Isles. Its a geographical term. I hope that helps.

| Everything off your chest now folks ? on 09:33 - Mar 22 with 688 views | 1983 | I love Wales and I would support Wales in anything. I love being a Swansea City supporting Welshman and I have been to watch Wales home and away a few times but that's as far as it goes some people in Wales regard being Welsh as a full time job especially the fans from the smaller towns & villages in Wales just like the England & Scotland fans. It does sometimes seem that our cousins up the road are obsessed with being Welsh ...(when it suits) [Post edited 22 Mar 2022 9:35]
