Can we afford not to? The owners want a profit, what is Piroe's value if we get relegated? Or any of the others? What would season ticket sales and attendances be like? We need to negotiate with Bennett and get him out the door somehow, if that means paying a portion of his wages (which I have suggested before) then we need to do it because him being here not playing is doing more damage. Even saying that, if we got Bennett out tomorrow, I don't trust Martin to bring anyone in who will make any positive difference. That's because we could sign Kevin DeBruyne tomorrow and even a player as great as him could not carry the whole team. So who can we realistically sign who could make a positive difference? We need 4/56 players and we couldn't afford that many at the calibre we need even if Bennet did go tomorrow and we sold Piroe for 20 million. We are up Schiits creek without a paddle.

Our manager sacked everyone from within. Most of them who were sacked from within are now assistant managers at premier league clubs.

It looks like he gets rid of anyone who might challenge him. Maybe we should give Martin a nickname, how does Hummingbird sound, the long knives have definitely been out.

Tell you what. We need an Alan Tate type in that dressing room. He might not be the sharpest tool in the box but he would not stand for anything less than 100% from these players.

| Relegation on 15:58 - Aug 28 with 1200 views | cadleigh | We have the same number of points after six games as Martin's teams did last year and the year before. Too early to panic about relegation. But not too early to worry about the number of players who either appear to have given up on him or are being managed so erratically that I would expect them to do so sooner or later. | |

We had an Alan Tate type, think his name in fact Alan Tate...but Martin got rid.

Maybe because Tatey pointed out his "process" wasn't working and wouldn't work?

I don’t don’t that the whole thing seemed quite contrived.

You don't don't? So you do then, it being a double negative?
