lets not judge anything prematurely. We are on what could be a good run, or it could all come crashing down this week. Whereas I had crossed to the sacking side, now I am back on the fence but leaning towards keeping him. As long as we keep playing as we have the last few games and we make even less of the silly mistakes (because a few crept in Saturday too) and we can find consistency then we will be up there at the end of the season. If the above happens the next big question will be, what happens if we get big bids for Piroe or Obafemi in January?

We see it as a positive as this time I hear we are prepeared for this and have targets. January is by far a different window to the summer ( it’s actually colder ) if it’s Obafemi then fine, but if we are in a more healthier position my view is they will both stay for the rest of the season.

Similar although I am on the fence still leaning towards sacking him. & I don't like sacking managers. Wilder's Boro have only won 2 games (1 of which was against us) & are only 5 points worse of than us.

I have always said it’s a long journey. Most of my posts last season will say the same.2 seasons to get the right squad, and play football the way he wants. Season 3 will be the big one. If we get there before that would be marvellous.

It feels like we’ve had a bloody awful start but if we’d held on against Millwall and stoke we’d be top 5. Conversely If we hadn’t scored late goals against Blackpool and West Brom we’d be in the relegation zone. The margins between success and failure are so small in this league.

Wirral Wal. At least ,it’s original. From now on,I will opine no more as there is no need because all I have to do is simply follow you and what you spout . In fact, why doesn’t this site simply ban any criticism at all. Those who go against the flow, like me,are attacked by the likes of you and your drinking chums . Why not simply shut the feck up and let the best posters simply eliminate those they deem heretics. This is yet more example of bullying ,mild ,but bullying all the same .

The site is pretty dull since the 3 of them went. It happened on the old scfc site banned a couple of the more vociferous. And all the ones who were calling for the bans agreed with each other for ever more there are about 6 on there now. [Post edited 3 Oct 2022 19:48]

We actually run for the daily reports and match day build ups, the forum isn’t the site. Latest news and the odd nod from our sources is what we are about. Ok, I get what you are saying, but they decided for whatever reason they didn’t want to post at this time. The problem always was what was being said, and how it was being said. It just became a daily headache that the posts were always confrontational, and selecting certain people to attack. It becomes wearing and unnecessary, regardless of whoever they were or what they did. The forum hasn’t suffered as the forum isn’t the reason for Swansea Independent to be a success. As I’ve often said.

Yes, no more arguing for 20 hours a day,. Always being right is pretty damn boring. It's pleasant now. Lots of differences and opinions, but no 20 page arguments. Thank goodness.
