Mention Jamie Paterson to most informed Coventry City fans and they will no doubt look to the skies and exude a deep sigh of frustration. Not because he is a big Coventry fan, but because he just loves scoring goals against them. Paterson was a season ticket holder at the sky blues and is a self confessed ‘Cov’ supporter. 0

Surely after his last performance he won't start on Saturday, we need ten outfield players not nine and a bit.

We seem to have a team of attacking players who are unable to last 90mins, so many start okay, then after 45mins become completely anonymous, Pato and N'tcham being the most obvious. Cundle and Piroe are disappointing for me , then you have Ollie Cooper who can't even get a start.

It’s down the the players. They’re professional. When I trained for marathons, it was down to me to peak, not my coach.

Yes I get that but it’s the management and coaching staff that are supposed to be driving and monitoring fitness levels.

That’s why players are weighed in before pre season and given extra training if they come back out of condition.

Russell can’t duck responsibility for this!!!
