Wales ended up with only Neco and Roberts in space on the flanks not James or Johnson. .They could neither get past people or get in good crosses for Moore. Roberts hit 6 ft 5 in Moore in middle with low trajectors crosses suited for the Iranians in particular.

Moore is a proper player with decent service. Wales wanted to pass the ball to each other but had no options as the coaching was so poor. Page is clearly an old school, out of his depth coach who inherited a system he could not develop. All the players in the squad are Welsh and not elligble for England. Page should be sacked. He sent Neco back on to the pitch with the player claiming he was seeing double. "We followed protocols". One s we all know are inadequate.
Wales's best prospect Luke Harris withdrew from travelling with Jordan James for personal reasons. He like Le Tissier is from Jersey. If he chooses England I wish him well. I hope he stays loyal to Wales.
