They should ban gambling stadium naming rights as well.

Will that ban include stopping Jeff Stelling belting out the latest live odds before the game and at half time or during literally every advertising break?

Poll: We all dream of a managerial team of Alan Tates?

That was a part of his falling out by all accounts with sky when he said he was leaving. Image rights as well, he doesn’t yell those things out without there being a buck on the end of it.

Clubs can have betting companies on the shirts until the end of the 2026 season.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

The government need to stay out of football. Notice the slimy tory had to put 2p in and state the obvious. Its going to cost the game money 💰. Bet if there were a few back handers in it for them it would never of happened.
Football and politics should never mix.
We are all equal when supporting our team, I'm sick of the new world agenda being stuffed down my throat.
We are adults the minority should not have preferential treatment. This is going to cost businesses money . There is a vaping company sponsorship in the championship that targets children. Surely that should be priority over this blatant overreaching again.

Meaningless token gesture, moving the sponsorship from front of shirt to the sleeve is naff all, does Gambling need advertising at all? the harm and destruction it causes doesn't seem worth it to me, yes not everyone is going to fall into its pitfalls but isn't it worth not provoking those that do? in my eyes its a public health issue and no different to smoking adverts etc etc and they banned those long ago, the only issue here is the amount of money Gambling firms inject into the clubs who advertise for them but surely when smoking ads were allowed it was the same kind of thing? i would ban them outright, even if it saves one family from the loss of a loved one its worth it?

Well lets ban alcohol as well because of the minority who have no self control along with the minority of gamblers who also are unable to control themselves because they are weak willed sad individuals.

So there we go, no alcohol or gambling for the rest of us anymore because of the weak willed unable to control themselves.

Lets ban holidays as well because of the minority who cause trouble giving the Brits a bad name abroad.

So there's no foreign holidays anymore either for the rest of us.

What else can we think of to ban that people enjoy, just because of the minority of the weak willed who wreck things for others?

There's football of course because of the hooliganism by a few. So no more supporting the Swans for the rest of us who behave ourselves either.

Or on the other hand we could always just identify those who cause such carnage and sanction them whilst leaving the majority of the public to carry on enjoying their leisure pursuits as they choose to do.
