3 times I've been to Plymouth and there's always been trouble. Well, the last time when I say trouble, a few dozen of them came at us in the park we were walked through, the police dog barked and they turned tail and ran. Then a few hundred of them congregated at the end of the street of the pub we were in but there was more nonsense amongst our own fans than anything the home fans did.
I like their ground though.
Never been to Goodison but would be good to go before it's replaced.

We lost 1 nil in the FA Cup, soft penalty given away by Tom Williams - annoying but!!
We'd sold out our allocation & our tickets were for the back row of the stand, unfortunately Ipswich had issued the tickets to the Swans & should have marked ours as restricted view but didn't so we had to peer around a concrete pillar depending on where the ball was.
Thoroughly hacked off we headed back to the coach which then broke down on the way home, had to wait for a replacement coach which came from the Midlands somewhere & took hours to get to us so we got back to Swansea at stupid o'clock 🤬 | | | |

Been to Goodson a couple of times back in the "good" old days. Once me and a mate were walking towards the away turnstiles with a bus of scarfers about 30 yards behind us. It seemed that at a signal small groups of seemingly unrelated scousers banded into a gang about 40 strong and walked straight at us.
My mate said what do we do. I said keep walking and look them in the eye because if they are going to do us there's nowhere to run to. As we reached them they parted to let us through. Presumably because they could smell the **** in our pants. Didn't look back but it sounded like they gave the scarfers some hassle.
Remember a bit of bubble when they came down here as well. If they get relegated I suspect that they will be looking for it. | | | |

3-2 game I assume. One of the best games I've ever seen, certainly away.
Before kick off about a dozen of their lads orchestrated a move where they all run together and kicked the dividing fencing. Made a heck of a noise but nowt else.
Late 70's and 80's you needed to keep your wits about you going away. Whether it be London, Merseyside, midlands, Manchester,Yorkshire, places like Burnley, Darlington, Plymouth, Gillingham, Bristol, Cardiff or anywhere else. Whether it was a so called big team or a smaller team there were lads looking for it just about everywhere. | | | |
