Whoever comes the owners need to have a realistic vision to progressing the club, we need a team capable of pushing for a playoff spot, top 10 top 8 at least if not the playoff's.

2 years is the Swansea sell by date. It is what it says on the tin. The only manager who would have stayed more than two years was Guidolin.
A real good manager who should have been too good to be sacked. And too old to go anywhere else. He wanted to prove himself in English football before financial gain. He could have been Swansea's Roy Hodgson.
