It was logical. The media had speculated both Winter and Marsh were to receive their cards. As Coleman replaced Winter directly there was no reason to replace Marsh as the Watson appointment was far off.
Coleman put it out that Swansea a caring cub that looked after its staff and Marsh was not going. The media was wrong and the speculation unwarranted.

Coleman mentioned Winter and Marsh. Winter was going for sure as Coleman was replacing him. There was no reason for the media to focus on Marsh. I explained at the time on this forum that Marsh was only 32 or so and quite junior. I suggested he could stay n and join Watson's team.

I do not deal in hard facts. The facts are the facts. I try to see the future and predict what will happen. The Trust legal case fiasco for example. You and the Chief year after year were expecting action that was never going to happen. You were taken for a 2190 day ride. They only came to an agreement because there was no where else to go. They ran out of road.
I do not accept the club did anything wrong with regards to the Leeds away game.
Coleman projects a "caring club" not me. I expect a big shake up at the club and there will be some casualties. This is my prediction. Why bring Gude over otherwise.?
The club in Championship has been in drift. Now the team is dull as dishwater with competent water carriers grinding out a mid table season. See my "This team i boring" post. Mt heart drops when I see Fulton on the team sheet with three centre backs. This is Jackett ball.

I was very happy to have our new owners in 2016. It is just a shame they have not delivered what they promised.
They may have been better not promising anything in their first (delayed) press conference.
It is not easy. The so called "sellouts" took 10 years to get to the top ad stayed there a highly creditable 7 seasons 2 under the US people. Huw had down wonders with no money. As seen many times before money is often spent unwisely in football.
It was in fact an extraordinary time characterised with inspired managerial choices by Huw Jenkins. He was back on form with Graham Potter.
Cooper did not build for the future and used loans rather than signing potential like Goykeres. The club has lost three explosive players two at the altar of Martinball in Whittaker (in reality) an Obafemi and now Piroe.
All flair attacking power and excitement has gone. Only Patterson remains. The teams needs some x factor badly Philogene and Kabba were available after their impressive stints at CCFC. Swansea city chose good solid pros. It is a squad of good solid pros who will end up in mid table with all the other good solid pros.
