One obvious question would be:-

"Mr Winter did not have an assistant. Why does Mr Coleman need one?"

The answer to this is either

a) We will be doing the same job but much better or

b) The remit will be much greater as we internationalise our work.

I am getting increasingly concerned about the feminization of the club. The women's team a has a very high priority. This is not something demanded by the fan base and it has been imposed. I personally am not interested in Women's football.

We could find a scenario where Gude says this in two years

"It has been a very good season 2026 -2027 . The win in the Newport county game was a good end to the season. While the first team has consolidated in league 2 the women's team have won two consecutive Genaro Adran leagues with 300% increase in attendances. We are now transitioning to the English league and have signed Stacey Davies Wales's first £10,000 a week female footballer".

"We hit 75% of our KPIs (key performance indicators) after we beat TNS Ladies 14-1 and got an British Industry "Special equality achievement award" presented by Gary Lineker".

I am glad you are now starting to doubt the intentions of the current owners. Its good to question and probe, after all we all want what's best for the club, not the personalities.

This is very true. But I believe it will need a decent investment in the manager and playing staff. Do it on the cheap and get it wrong and there is no way back for Coleman. Is he knowledgeable enough to pull this off, I doubt it, but let's wait and see.

I don't understand the reference to Wrexham.
Can someone explain / am I missing something about the "partner" comment.

I see a US international or two heading for Wrexham. A photogenic young gun on loan from DC via Swansea. Swansea sign someone like Fletcher and send on loan to Wrexham perhaps? A DC-SCFC -Wrex tie up. ?

This is what you get when someone talks about football with absolutely no idea on the subject matter. The lack of experience both he and Coleman have is very concerning.

that makes no sense at all. Why don't DC United form a partnership with Wrexham directly. Adding Swansea just complicates matters. Anyway - next season Swansea and Wrexham may be in the same division on current form.

It is showbusiness. Why does it need to make sense to some person from Swansea?.

We are going to capitalise on the women's team and ride on the coat tails of Wrexham.
Lofty ambitions indeed.
Maybe we can be the lesser partners in a deal with TNS or backing singers on the next Manics tour

International work permits is another problem. It’s not easy obtaining them for young bright prospects, and in the women’s game absolutely impossible. The trial / loan whatever it was of Fletcher didn’t play out as some fans wanted and any way Levien was taking him back in any event.

Football partnership generally do not happen within the same country.

Man U had partnerships in Belgium.
Man City had partnerships in New York.

Swansea and Wrexham makes no sense at all.

DC United with Wrexham could make sense but it would only work if Swansea were out of the DC United equation.

10 years ago we were in Europe. 10 years ago Wrexham were struggling in the Vanarama. Now Gude thinks it would be great if we could get learnings from them. Unbelievable.

Levien was talking about the player SCFC and DC working out what was best for all sides. The player who is clearly a talent is desperate to play for Swansea according to Wales online report . Levien was happy for n him to sign. The blockage was (in my opinion) Mr Duff.

Jasper T reported the Duff has a brief look at him and left early. Levien has to put a DC option back on the table. His problem is the kid wants to play in Europe and has a year or two left on his deal. He wants to keep his registration within the ownership group.

Levein has seen three highly talented strikers walk out of the door for next to nothing over he last three years. They were all "OK" at Swansea and "absolutely brilliant" everywhere else.

Goykeres, Whitttaker and you can now add Al Hamadi to the list.

Cullen be must be "truly outstanding" to see those three off. Sadly we can all see he is not. Levien can see it as well. I have nothing against Cullen. He is now of an age where he needs to take off and improve. I happens with some players when they hit 24. Adebayor was a gangly misfit at 22. By 24 he was an athletic monster.

You lack positivity as so do many of the urban folk in Swansea.

I want to see the player Fletcher sign a 4 year with Swansea and get chances in the first team along with his mate Wilson. Azeem can replace Fulton right now. Wood is also coming back. Fast strong athletic players.

If the new manager does not think Fletcher is ready they can get Ruya Reynolds to speak to him and try his luck in league 2 and become a Yankee superstar.

Does that make sense? it sure does partner. Spread the love and lets make some cash ( and win sme football games) . Mr Sheehan has inspired me in a strange way.
