Well stop looking over to Wales and worry about your new adopted patch. We do not need advice of ex pats who have up and left and feel for some reason that the have to taunt those they left behind.
I pay may taxes and a lot more than the average punter and i do not use the NHS much and claim no benefits, I have to pay my dentist and and can get an appointment at a time of my choosing. I use public transport as much as I cann and paid into a pension for 30 years. (No pliers required)
I do not have to feel grateful to anyone a other that them doing their job properly for which i pay a disproportionately high contribution.
The Welsh paid a full part in the British Empire and the wealth of this Island and the riches concentrated in to London as part of a well know Geographic phenomena.
