With Meulensteen saying that Dimitar Berbatov could leave Fulham in January would he be worth a short term contract with us with an option of another year if performance targets were met etc etc. obviously wages would have to fall in line with our policies but a very skillful player who could be a great extra option for us up front. He's not cup tied for Europe and may feel he has to stay in the PL to prove he can still hack it at this level. Our style of play may suit him down to the ground.
And yes I'm fully aware he's 32 but his experience would certainly help bring on some of his younger team mates.
