Firstly, apologies from myself - I thought it was safe enough leaving grown adults who all support the same team to post on here without a babysitter for a few hours each Saturday night, and I was wrong about that. We'll have to look at some alternative moderation ideas for matchdays, or just put the board on read only on Saturday nights as certain pathetic individuals cannot be trusted. Cheers guys, another headache for me, and an absolute pain in the ars for all the normal, non-crazy people who want to use the forum as a forum.
Secondly, the two accounts involved have posted on here for a long time but both have now been suspended. We will not tolerate threats of any sort on here, or that sort of behaviour, or that sort of language.
Thirdly, apologies for only just addressing this now, late one last night and I'm at work today so have just seen it. Tried tidying the match thread up ads best I could.
Fourthly, we haven't had moderation on here, other than myself, for years and it's a better forum for it, but that can only continue if everybody behaves themselves. |  | | |  |

Don't get me wrong here steve, in my book blob being a dead ringer for gerard depardieu, inflicting prog rock on us every friday and more importantly, Being Welsh, would normally demand the most punitive and draconian of penalties that can currently be dispensed under UK law as it stands, humane lethal injection perhaps but blob being shot by brightonhoop after his customary saturday night jolly up on the estrella is a tad to severe even for me.
I can only speculate as to what blob posted that demanded his death from another poster and a ban on this portal. It Must have been truly bestial in nature and in perpetuity. Hopefully someone can enlighten me. Especially as he was branded an E Wing tea urn gofer sex beast by the same poster 48 hours before. |  |

To give him his due, it wasn't a shotgun, but an undefined Smith and Wesson. Smith and Wesson do a fine range of pistols, rifles and semi-automatic assault weapons.
I'm on the PTA at our local school and, following this implied personal recommendation on LFW, and the wise words of the President of the United States of America, I'll be suggesting all teachers, classroom assistants, caretakers, dinner ladies and the lollipop man are fully tooled up with Smith and Wessons.

I don't post that much on here, it just sounds like a couple of adults acting like young herberts trying to get one over the other. Threats are one thing, carrying them out is another, but grown men should really know better. It doesn't show to any younger element of the way to behave on a message board which is to do with discussing Queens Park Rangers. That thread was all so out of the normal standard of posting yesterday that I thought Trump had hacked LFW.

It's pretty constant though isn't it? Been tit-for-tat for ages, regardless of the straw that broke the camels back them two have been going at it for a while and it must be an absolute ball-ache to try and keep on top of.
Blob could easily have blocked/muted him and vice versa, they could have ignored each other like adults tend to do when they fall out. I don't get on with everyone I work with but if I made it a problem at my office everyday my boss would be well in his rights to tell me to go away and continue the argument somewhere else. | |
