Pisstaking - tricky one.
Two sides to that and context is key.
It can be the case that someone taking the piss out of you is the highest form of praise. Personally, if someone is comfortable enough to rip you it means they are confident in your company and it’s a sign of true friendship. It’s the laugh and jokey side of things.
The opposite is the snidey, sneering put downs by people who don’t get you, belittle you and are miles from being confident in your company.
There’s too many people in that category but best way to deal with them is concentrating on the people in the former category and fcuk the rest.
Returning to Digs…. A genuine QPR man who is clearly passionate about his club. He comes on here to air his views and frustrations with all things hooped; I’m in his camp and hope he stays.

Are you sure that those whom you think are abusing you actually know of your disability?
If they don't, then while a lifetime of handling discrimination is tiring, you yourself said you joined for banter and therefore, is it possible other posters think they're bantering without knowing your situation. Huge difference between that scenario and one where someone is knowingly mocking you.
I am also a PWD. Not obvious at first blush, but clearly so when known. One time there was a right old din coming from my prosthetic leg, and nothing could quieten it until I got it fixed. Colleagues and friends who knew me just ignored it, but someone piped up: whats that bloody noise?
My colleagues were all flusteted, but the guy didn't know. Not his fault in the slightest and when I explained the source, poor bloke was mortified.
Now if he'd continued to make remarks - even after it was fixed - different story. Hidden disabilities are more difficult for all. You shouldn't have to apologies or, as in my case, tread lightly, but the reality is: not everyone may know and you ought to give leeway and equally, everyone should be aware that their words might have carry more consequences.
You've been brave enough to put it out there. Well done. Go if you think it's for the best to leave, then do so. However, if you do go, then ensure you read the words of those who respond supportingly with possession of the facts.
That must surely outweigh the few who mock. Sadly, it's not right or justification, but it's the cross we carry; makes us stronger for it! [Post edited 22 Jan 2023 8:18]

Have you thought about adding an avatar to your posts. You have been clear enough about your disabilities but without a visual reference, some people may not have the memory to connect an explanation weeks or months ago with. You could even choose a picture that makes a light hearted reference to you.

As you can see, there is a tremendous amount of support for you and if you multiply the number of supportive replies by 1,000 (for those who haven't actually read your post but would have the same sentiment as the rest of us regarding your staying) you'll (hopefully) realise that we have your back and are here to support you. Also realise that posts referencing any disability are simply from wholly ignorant people. They exist, we do not like them or what they do but, in general, people are much kinder, understanding, helpful than such as are ignorant.
All that said, we need to know that you are still here and have a change of mind. You and we are: 'The R's' for life and therefore please stay and remain part of the love and support for the team and for 99% of individuals in this forum!!
