That first goal straight from the off in the 2nd half. I just knew it was going to happen as soon as it went out wide. Our body language when we came out for the second half was poor. No one looked ready or aware of the danger as soon as they won the ball.
Just a shocking performance all round.
Smells like a trout farm in here

Two completely unacceptable performances in a row. We were like headless chickens today. Slow to thr ball, couldn't pass, nobody trying to make the ball theirs in Norwich box, so it goes on. Truly ranks among the worst of the season. Shocked we could be so poor. Sheffield Wednesday next. Suggest the management stop moaning about lots of fixtures and start to try and play rather just boot and hope. Top 6? Ha ha. 16th....probably.

Sorry to labour the point, but there just are not enough goals in this team/squad. It is going to always come back and bite us eventually.

We're actually 7th top scorers in the Champ, although you wouldn't think so on recent showings. However, as their comms pointed out, only Sheff Wed have conceded more.
Glad you're not in charge with bizarrely inverted misreadings like yours!
I didn't think the first half was too bad, but once they got ahead we had no answer to the time wasting. I do think today part of the problem is the 4-4-2. I think the reason more teams play 4-2-3-1 now is you have that extra body in midfield. Kone and burrell weren't able to hold the ball up and the extra man got Norwich possession time and again. That and our wide players weren't that great, which negates what advantages 4-4-2 brings

Absolutely pathetic from front to back today. We could play that game til Sunday and wouldn't have even looked like scoring a fxxxing goal. Like a bunch of hungover tossers who've never played football before.
Have to say based on the last 2 cameos Poku looks pony
Shit but local

What can be done about this "team"?
A bone fide genius somewhere needs to find the root cause of this team’s inconsistency. A Leicester performance one day and then a performance today fitting of the pitch.
Too many days like today this season and they appear to be on the increase.

We knew under Julien that things will be streaky. For every one of those winnings runs, there will be runs like this. For this, we are very far short of being a top 6 side.
I think we need to start checking out the lower reaches of the table. I fear a rather rapid fall from grace. We need a properly annoying championship battler Of the Colbeck or Ball variety to balance the skilful but lightweight players we have in abundance.

I said that if you start phoning it in and tossing off away games then it will creep into your home form…and didn’t just .
Clueless, toothless and frankly useless from back to front
I think you're right. Julie naively seemed to think, by contrast, we just needed to get back to what we've been doing at home. Team looked bereft of ideas and creativity today. He's got a lot of explaining to do - again.
When the hell is Chair back? I think only Poku showed, in flashes, any kind of quality when he came on. Literally, everyone else was a 4 or 5 at best. Perhaps JS could be asked to analyse the concept of 'malaise' in the presser!
Sacre f*cking bleu! If this is the shape of things to come in 2026, buckle in for the annual relgation effort, people!

True. It's the other end of the pitch where the problem is. Just five clean sheets all season.
I’ve rarely been more pissed off by a performance. How a bunch of players with a shot at the playoffs can play which such little urgency and commitment until we’re losing, I’ll never know.
A huge number of them need to dropped for a good while now.
Hayden, Kolli and Morgan to start.
And for the love of god STOP PLAYING 442 - it’s run its course. Burrell and Kone are not good enough to warrant it.
And I’ve rarely changed my opinion on a player but Saito has just lost every part of his game that made him a talent. He needs a good long run out of the team to sort his shiz out. He’s abysmal atm

Very poor. Symptomatic of a team that won't be challenging at the top end.
I'm not usually 1 to criticise refs but thought he was extremely weak on the time wasting. 9 minutes could have been 15. Not that it would have made much difference.

Poku hasn't been great. You can see he's got some nice technique, but he looks very league 1 at the moment, which isn't a suprise given his lack of game time.
The Norwich commentator was listing our signings from league 1 in the first half, which is probably worth us all remembering - a lot of our players are still learning about this league, which I think shows up in how often we've given the ball away over the last few games.
That said, that was a piss poor performance

Agree about Saito. He should be nowhere near the first team. He has totally lost it.

At the risk of coming over all stainrod, when you sack off winnable games against Pompey and West Brom to focus on home games v Norwich and Sheff Wed and then get trounced by Norwich, you are rather making a rod for your own back.
