Kind of inevitable after their recent run but harsh on the eve of Christmas. Brutal game sometimes. I thought he'd done quite well. Kept them up last season. Certainly not down and out in 22nd.

Am I the only one thinking, that's a really really bad mistake, to put it politely? Highly decent effective coach at this level. For me, he was their one plus point. Oxford relegated imho.

Possibly wouldn't be a bad job for him to rebuild his career as a manager, assuming he's dialled down the arrogance a bit after his failures post QPR.

If he does end up there, then its disappointing that we've already played them at LR as I imagine he'd be in for a difficult afternoon.
