Both stonewall penalties.
Lovely pen from Madsen.
Their equaliser under VAR would never have stood. Bowen's tackle from behind would have ruled that out.
Pierce (the cat) Charles!!!

	Never knowingly right.
Poll:	How long before new signings become quivering wrecks of the players they were?

Two random thoughts from watching it back:

1) imagine Madsen of two seasons ago knee sliding and chopping his ears to the West Ham fans

2) Mbengue had a warning before he have away the pen. Ball watching and ignoring his man when Charles tipped a Bowen shot round the post. I am a big fan of his but he really needs to find a way to sort that habit out

Paul Parker said on the BBC match thread that Mbengue is ill disciplined. He's a professional, he really needs to sort that out. He's going to cost us some potentially valuable points this season if not.

When you reach the place beyond thoughts, the only thing you'll find is love and the only purpose of life becomes to ease the suffering of others.
