It is definitely not The Cure! (Although there is a bit of similarity to Robert Smith's voice)

Saw the Sherlocks last night and they didn't play the song in a 90 minute set. My mate follows them everywhere and he didn't recognise it as them. Very similar voice though. Also sounds like the View.

Nah, it sounds like jangly pop punk to me rather than Cure-ish.

Whats the Band/Song?? on 13:06 - Sep 23 with 2711 views | Boston | Amusingly(in my tiny mind anyway), the Sherlocks are a large and quite well known itinerant Irish family....yes they opt for wheels on their houses but they have dough, used to do a fair bit of business with 'em back in the day.' Yeah, knew their cousins, the Moriarty's.

Whats the Band/Song?? on 14:04 - Sep 23 with 2658 views | Boston | The track....sounds very like an American outfit, who's name escapes me at the moment.Though I have just played it to a number of my colleagues here on site and the general consensus is that lots of bands sound like that nowadays.

Whats the Band/Song?? on 14:42 - Oct 2 with 2200 views | hubble | Okay, after multiple tweeted requests to the club and Ian Taylor and various others, Ian finally replied asking if Paul Morrissey knew the answer..... and Paul Morrissey, who put the clip together said: The song is called Far Apart but don't know the artist I'm afraid. Hope that helps. So there you go mate - bottom line, we may never know who wrote and performed this song!
